Features built for 3D print shops
Itemised prices from your own rates, a quote form for your website, and checks on every line before it reaches a customer.
Every price shows its working
Material, machine time and labour are costed separately before your margin goes on. The breakdown is saved with the quote, so it still explains itself months later.
Try it: this is the pricing engine itself, running a real gear at a demo shop's rates.

Put the quote form on your own website
One snippet, pasted into any site builder. The form resizes itself to fit, and your customers never need an account.

</script>Step by step for WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, Shopify and more - A suggestion with a reason
- Visitors say what the part is for. The advisor weighs that against the geometry, suggests a technology and a material, and explains its pick in plain English. Customers can choose another technology (FDM, SLA, SLS or MJF) or material.
- Your colours, live prices
- Customers choose from the colours you stock for each material and watch the price update as they change quantity or size.
- As fast as they need it
- Offer lead times such as Standard, Fast and Express, each with your own surcharge. The customer's choice prices the request, and a rush shows up as a rush job on your board.
- Order tracking built in
- A Track an order button on the form shows customers where their order is, from its number and their email. Their confirmation email links straight to it.
- You accept every order
- Every submission arrives as a request and only becomes a job when you accept it. Card payments on the form, straight into your own Viva account, are coming soon.
Checks and controls on every quote
Every line is checked
- Build volume
- Parts are tested against the chosen machine in all six orientations before you promise a print.
- Open meshes
- A mesh that isn't watertight is flagged, so you know its volume, and its price, is an estimate.
- Machine and material
- Resin on an FDM printer gets a warning, not a quote.
- Shop minimum
- Small lines are lifted to your minimum price, and the quote shows that it happened.
- Default machines
- Choose the printer each technology is priced and sliced on. A part too big for it moves to the cheapest machine it fits.
Your numbers, your shop
- Real slicer check
- For FDM parts, a real slicer runs on the actual file, turned the way up that needs the least support, at that printer's own speeds, and the price comes from its print time and filament use. New quote does it when you add a part; your website form does it on its own.
- Your rates
- Machine hourly rates, price per kilo, labour, margin, tax and volume discount tiers are all yours to set.
- Your formulas
- Change how cost becomes price, and give a technology or a single material a formula of its own. Test it on a saved quote before you save.
- History that holds
- Each line keeps its cost breakdown, and quoted machines and materials are retired rather than deleted.
- Recommendations your way
- Suggest the best material for each part, always recommend the one you choose, or let customers pick with no suggestion at all.
Quick to set up
- Printer presets
- Pick from 87 common printers to fill in the build volume and typical rates. FDM presets bring the speeds from the printer's standard slicer profile too.
- Slicer speeds per machine
- Set walls, infill, travel, first layer, acceleration and more for each FDM printer. The real slicer check prints at those speeds.
- Uses of your own
- Add up to 12 answers of your own to “What's this for?” and pick the materials each one suggests.
- Email notifications
- Your team hears about new website requests. Customers get their order number and a tracking link, and an email when you accept.
Your form, your rules
- Email confirmation
- Ask customers to confirm their email with a six-digit code, before they send a request or before they see any price. Or not at all.
- Technical notes
- Choose whether customers see notes such as “won't fit, needs splitting” or “priced at the shop minimum”. You always see them.
- Print options
- For FDM parts, set the defaults for infill, walls, layers, supports and orientation (turned the best way up, or as uploaded), and choose which ones customers may change.
- Your own banner
- Show customers news, offers, holidays or lead times in a banner at the top of the form or above the total.
- Lead times
- Name your choices, say when each is ready and set its surcharge. It counts inside your formula or on the final price, after your minimum.
- Where the form starts
- Pick the technology and material customers see first, such as your PLA. They can still change them.
Connect your printers
Bambu Lab, Prusa, Klipper printers (Creality K series, Voron, QIDI, Elegoo Neptune), Elegoo Centauri and resin, Formlabs, UltiMaker, and nearly anything else through OctoPrint. A small bridge in your shop links them to Shr3Dt, with nothing to open on your router.
- Live status on the job board: what's printing, progress, time left, temperatures and the camera
- Jobs that move themselves: printing when it starts, finishing when it ends, an alert if it fails
- Send the print file to the printer straight from the job
- Real print times and material use, to tune this printer's rates
