These terms govern use of Shr3dt by a shop that creates an account ("you"). Creating an account, or checking the box at signup, means you agree to them.
Shr3dt is provided by SVK ROBOTICS GROUP SINGLE MEMBER P.C. ("we", "us"), Stylianou Giamalaki 25, 712 02 Heraklion, Greece. VAT number EL802927952, GEMI number 185517727000. Email: info@shr3dt.com.
Shr3dt is quoting and production-management software for 3D-printing businesses: an embeddable instant-quote form for your website, a job board, and pricing/settings you control. Shr3dt is currently in a pilot phase, so features, and this agreement, may change as it develops.
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for what happens under your account, including anyone you invite as a team member. Tell us if you suspect unauthorised access.
You own the business data you put into Shr3dt: your machines, materials, quotes, and your customers' details. We process it to provide the service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy. If your own customers ask you about how their data is handled, that Privacy Policy is a fair description of what actually happens to it.
You agree not to use Shr3dt to:
Every account starts on the free Hobby plan. Paid plans and their limits are listed on the pricing page, in euros excluding VAT. 24% VAT is added at checkout, and the total is shown before you pay. You pay in advance for 1, 3, 6 or 12 months through Viva (viva.com), our payment provider, by card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) or another method its checkout offers, such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, Viva Wallet or IRIS. Payment details are entered on Viva's secure payment page; we never see or store them.
A plan renews automatically only if you tick “Renew automatically” when you pay. Then, at the end of each period, we charge the same card through Viva for the same plan and period at its price at that time, and email you a week before each charge. You can turn automatic renewal off at any time on the Subscription page; nothing more is charged after that. Without it, plans don't renew, and we email reminders before and after the end date.
When a paid period ends without a renewal, the plan keeps working for 10 more days so you can renew (and, with automatic renewal, while we retry a charge that didn't go through). If it isn't renewed by then, the account moves to Hobby limits until you pay again; none of your data is deleted. We'll give at least 30 days' notice of any price change.
Accounts created during the pilot phase keep working without limits until we agree a plan with them, and we won't charge them without telling them first.
Shr3dt is an online service, so nothing is shipped. A paid plan is delivered by switching it on in your account: this happens automatically as soon as Viva confirms the payment, usually within seconds, and we email a payment confirmation to the address you signed in with. You use the service in a web browser at shr3dt.com.
If your card was charged but your plan hasn't changed within an hour, contact us and we'll put it right.
You can cancel at any time. With automatic renewal on, turn it off on the Subscription page; without it there is nothing to cancel. Either way your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for, and nothing more is charged.
You can ask for a full refund of any payment within 14 days of making it, for any reason. Email info@shr3dt.com or use the contact form with your shop's name. We refund the full amount, VAT included, to the card or account you paid with, through Viva, within 14 days of your request; how soon it appears on your statement depends on your bank. The time that payment added to your plan is removed, and if no paid time is left the account moves to Hobby limits. None of your data is deleted.
After 14 days, payments are not refundable, except where the law requires otherwise. If you are a consumer in the EU, this 14-day refund covers your right of withdrawal.
As pilot-stage software, Shr3dt is provided without a guaranteed uptime commitment. We take reasonable steps to keep it running and your data backed up, but you shouldn't treat it as your only record of a job until it's out of pilot.
Shr3dt is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service.
You can stop using Shr3dt and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, or that's inactive for an extended period during the pilot.
We may update these terms as the service develops. Material changes will be communicated before they take effect where practical.
